About

With a background in Photography and graphic design in 2012 I Founded 'Red Gate Arts' - a freelance design business named after the rural farm I grew up on in Kent. Over the years things have come a long way since the early days of village craft fairs! During this journey I feel hugely lucky to have been shortlisted 4 times in the Association of Illustrators 'Prize for Illustration' and exhibited/traded at venues such as The London Transport Museum, Turner Contemporary Margate, and Towner Gallery Eastbourne. Alongside my own artistic projects I also take on design commissions and feel proud to have worked with an array of clients including: South Bank London, Caffe Nero and Warner Bros.

At my core is a passion for classic design. Taking inspiration from a wide range of eras and styles I aim to create new and uplifting artwork, merging the many themes which speak to me. Working from my home studio in the Kent countryside I collaborate with local printers and suppliers to ensure all products are produced and packaged here in the UK.

Design commissions & wholesale enquiries are welcome so please do contact me with any queries you may have.
